Here is this year's t-shirt design!

Take a look at this year's t-shirt design from Kent Roberts.  Shirts will only be available for ordering on a registration until March 15, 2012.  After that, they are gone.  You will receive your merchandise at the event.

Remember vendors are selling their products on Friday and Saturday.  Not Sunday.  Please read the online schedule and the updated schedule that will come with your event guide so that you are aware of the times for all of the activities.  We make every effort to keep this information up to date.

Use this page to register online. You may quickly and securely pay using PayPal or mail us a check or money order with your registration invoice.


Normal registration will be open until March 15, 2012. After March 15, 2012 you may still register online, but merchandise will no longer be available, and you will not appear in the directory. Registrations will be closed completely after April 1, 2012.

To register:

  1. Fill out the form below. Required fields are marked Required.
    NOTE: Use the TAB Key (not the ENTER key) to go from field to field on the form!
  2. Click either button at the bottom of the form to process your registration. (NOTE: Your registration information is not recorded until you click one of these buttons.)
    •  If paying using PayPal click "Pay Using PayPal".
    •  If paying by check click "Pay by Check or Money Order".
  3. If using PayPal follow the instructions on the PayPal site to complete
    your registration. If paying by check, mail printed registration invoice with your payment to the address indicated on the form.

You will receive an email confirmation of your registration after you click either the "Pay using PayPal" button or the "Pay by check or money order" button.


An attendee booklet will be mailed to you a few weeks prior to the event. The booklet provides: the schedule of activities, a map showing the various activity locations, directions to the locations, information about what to bring, and a list of the vendors and their location in the vendor area.


The rest of your registration packet should be picked up at the TGS tent in the vendor sale area during vending hours on Friday from Noon to 5pm or Saturday from 10am to 5pm. This will include: your attendee badge required for some of the activites, any shirts you may have ordered, your raffle stubs, and some fun surprises just to name a few of the items.

Registration is $18.00 per person 16 years old or older. Normal registration will be open until March 15, 2012. After March 15, 2012 you may still register online, but apparel will no longer be available, and you will not appear in the directory. Registrations will be closed completely after April 1, 2012. No on-site registration will be available.
